The Bon Secours Wellness Arena, home of your Greenville Swamp Rabbits, is a state-of-the-art venue that offers a wide variety of sports and entertainment events. The venue, known affectionately as "The Well," is located in downtown Greenville, and seats 15,591 fans for Swamp Rabbits hockey games on a nightly basis.

The Well was built in 1998, and was first known as the Bi-Lo Center, until the Bon Secours Health System purchased the naming rights in 2013. In 20 years of the building, 17 of them have involved hockey in Greenville. The Swamp Rabbits, formerly known as the Road Warriors, played their games beginning in 2010. And, dating back further, the opening of the building included the debut of hockey in Greenville with the Grrrowl in 1998.

Bon Secours Wellness Arena is now a cashless venue. All food & beverage concessions inside the Bon Secours Wellness Arena will no longer accept cash as a form of payment. Cashless interactions create a faster checkout and a more seamless fan experience. Please plan accordingly as you prepare to visit the arena for future events. Debit and credit cards along with mobile payments (i.e. Apple Pay & Google Pay) will be the only forms of payment accepted for concessions. Cash may still be used at the GSP International Box Office to purchase tickets.  

How to exchange your cash for gift cards: 

We understand that a very small percentage of visitors may be unable to use a debit card, credit card, or mobile pay option. You will always be able to trade cash in for Visa gift cards that can be used throughout the arena and beyond. To exchange cash for a Visa gift card visit the GSP International Airport Box Office located at the arena. Simply take the card with you when you leave to use any remaining balance elsewhere Visa is accepted. 

PARKING
The Bon Secours Wellness Arena parking lot on Church Street is reserved for Bon Secours Wellness Arena Premium Seating and Suite owners.

The most convenient parking facilities are the City of Greenville Church St Garage, The Law Enforcement Center parking lot and Courthouse parking lot. For info on this and other City of Greenville parking garages nearby, please visit Downtown Greenville Parking.

Private lots are also available within walking distance. Parking prices for private lots are determined by the property owner.

ADA PARKING
Accessible parking is located in the Premium Seat Parking Lot between the Church Street parking garage and the Bon Secours Wellness Arena. Guests may enter the Premium Seat Parking Lot from North Church Street and drive toward the garage to access the spaces. ADA parking within this lot is limited and availability is based on a first-come first-serve basis. Additional accessible parking is located in the Church St. parking garage. All vehicles requiring accessible parking must have the proper decal displayed from the rearview mirror or have an applicable license plate.
