Community Organization Of The Night

Raise AWARENESS for your mission, PROMOTE upcoming events, and generate FUNDS for your cause! This opportunity, available for all home games remaining in the 2024-25 Season, is only offered to non-profits operating as a 501(c)(3) organization.

Program Elements Include: 

• 50% of Chuck-a-Puck Proceeds
• 25 complimentary center ice group tickets
• Additional special fundraising ticket link available to be sent out to all supporters. 
  • $5/ticket sold on this link will go back to the organization
• Dedicated social media post the day of the game highlighting the organization
• Kiosk space on the concourse for your evening
  • Please Note- giveaways and materials are permitted; NO – monetary collections or hanging of items from the walls is allowed
• In-game :30 second video clip played on the arena videoboard promoting the organization
  • Content must be provided by the organization and must be done no later than 5 days prior to the event
• 2nd period intermission radio interview with Greenville Swamp Rabbits radio broadcast team
• Recognition in postgame e-blast that is sent out to all the evening’s attendees
• Mascot appearance during the 2024-2025 season in support of your organization’s event/initiative o 
  • Date of event is mutually agreed upon. 

What Is Needed From The Organization:

• Must be able to provide 6-10 volunteers on game dates to help sell chuck-a-pucks
  • Will need to arrive 2 hours prior to game time
• Must be able to provide 501(c)(3) documentation
• Must provide video board content by date listed above
  • If content is not provided the Swamp Rabbits are not able to guarantee this asset.
