SHREWSBURY, N.J. – The ECHL announced the finalists for the 2021-22 Team Awards, presented by MEGASeats, which will be presented at the 2022 ECHL Hockey Summer Meetings in Las Vegas on Wednesday, June 29. The presentation will also be available for streaming on the ECHL Facebook page at 7 p.m. ET on June 29. The Swamp Rabbits earned a total of five finalist nominations, including two team-wide nods and three individual honors. "The Swamp Rabbits are honored to earn these nominations from the ECHL after yet another season of hard work and dedication to creating a premier organization in this league," said Swamp Rabbits President Todd Mackin. "This organization has built a strong foundation and continues to climb with every new season."As a team, the Swamp Rabbits are finalists for Marketing Team of the Year and Most Creative Ticket Package of the Year.Greenville's Manager of Media Relations/Broadcaster, Mark Shelley, is named a finalist for the league's Media/PR Director of the Year following his first season with the team. Alongside Shelley, Manager of Premium Sales, Brett Sullivan earned finalist honors as Sales Professional of the Year, having completed his fourth season with the organization. In addition to Shelley and Sullivan, Mackin earns a finalist nomination for Executive of the Year. "Our entire staff has worked incredibly hard all season long, and it is great to see them recognized for their efforts," said Mackin.
