NIKITA PAVLYCHEV ASSIGNED TO SWAMP RABBITS 

GREENVILLE, SC. – The Greenville Swamp Rabbits announced forward Nikita Pavlychev has been assigned to their roster from the Ontario Reign of the American Hockey League. Pavlychev, 24, spent the 2020-21 season between the Orlando Solar Bears in the ECHL and the Syracuse Crunch in the AHL. In 28 games with the Solar Bears, Pavlychev totaled 11 points on five goals and six assists. While in the AHL, he appeared in eight games for the Crunch and tallied three assists. The 6’7, 201-pound center was a 2015, seventh round selection by the Pittsburgh Penguins before playing a four-year collegiate career with the Penn State Nittany Lions. During his time in State College, Pavlychev amassed 70 points in 137 appearances. The Swamp Rabbits will return home to take on the South Carolina Stingrays on Friday night at Bon Secours Wellness Arena at 7:05 p.m. Swamp Rabbits Single Game Tickets are on sale now!
