Greenville Swamp Rabbits Unveil Trendbreaking Look for 2020–21 Season

GREENVILLE, S.C. — The Greenville Swamp Rabbits are proud to unveil a new on-ice look with a refreshed set of jerseys for the upcoming 2020–21 season. The new jersey set breaks trends while continuing the tradition of a clean, strong brand identity with two of the most striking complimentary colors—midnight blue and copper orange."We're incredibly excited to unveil this new look for this upcoming season," said Spire Hockey President Todd Mackin. HOME MIDNIGHT BLUEThe new midnight blue sweater showcases a reimagined look for the retro crest, which features the silhouette of a leaping swamp rabbit, a stylized carrot stick crossed with a serrated palmetto tree and a sharp waning crescent. The original design of the retro crest had a midnight blue background, but the background color was altered to be lit in the team's signature copper orange hue.On the shoulder yoke, the team's secondary logo sits on either side of the collar, which strikingly pops with a white-lined collar. Also, in a break from the normal, the numbers on the sleeves and on the back of the jersey pop in brilliant white with an orange trim.

ROAD WHITEAlong the same lines of breaking trends, the logo emblazoned on the clean white jersey is the vertical skating Swamp Rabbits logo. The white features a clean design that does not have the dual striping at the waist, giving the vertically inclined logo room to skate. The team's primary crest serves as the mark on the shoulder yoke.The team numbers are midnight blue, with an orange trim on both the sleeves and the back. Orange is also prominently featured on the colored collar.

ALTERNATE COPPER ORANGEThe orange sweater is the only one in the 2020–21 collection that features the primary logo on the front. The organization added an orange alternate for the first time in team history last season.
