WHAT IS THE AUTO RENEWAL PROGRAM?

The auto-renewal program is a quick and easy way for you to renew your season seats. Instead of having to confirm your renewal each season, the auto-renewal program allows you to simply continue your payment plan each year without having to go through the sign-up process every season. You will only need to act if you would like to opt out of the season ticket member Auto-Renewal Program or make changes/upgrades to your account during the allotted time period. During future renewal campaigns, which traditionally run between January and March each year, we will provide you with a minimum of 30 days’ notice of the deadline to make changes to your account for the upcoming season (including opting out of the program).

AM, I OPTED-IN FOR THE AUTO RENEWAL PROGRAM?

To save time and effort for our valued Swamp Rabbits Season Ticket Members, with your purchase of a 24-25 season ticket membership (New or Renewal) – you’re officially opted-in to our Auto Renewal Program on our extended interest free 12-month Payment Plan that begins on (March 15th, 2025 – February 15, 2026).

Here are the Packages that qualify:

- Full Season

- Half Season

  • Your designated credit card on file will be automatically processed once the 2025-2026 Season Ticket Renewal period begins (March 15th, 2025).
  • Your Membership will be divided into 12 equal payments and automatically charged with the card on file beginning March 15th, 2025, ending February 15th, 2026.
  • You will have the option to opt-out of Auto-Renewal by filling out the form in the auto-renewal email that was sent out by your Swamp Rabbits Representative during the allotted opt-out period. This will begin in January 2025.
  • If no action is taken within the opt-out period, your Swamp Rabbits Account will be setup for automatic billing.

The auto-renewal program will be initiated for the 2025-2026 season. By renewing your Swamp Rabbits Season Ticket Membership or buying a new Swamp Rabbits Season Ticket Membership package for the 2024-2025 season, you are opting into the auto-renewal program starting in the 2025-2026 season. You will have the option to opt out of the 2025-2026 season when renewal information is released in January 2025 for the upcoming 2025-26 season.

Don’t worry, you don’t have to do anything. All Members that purchased new or renewed their 2024-2025 Membership have been automatically enrolled in the 2025-2026 Auto-Renewal Program.

The Auto-Renewal Program is designed to simplify the yearly renewal process to make having a Swamp Rabbits Season Ticket Membership as simple as possible for you. This program will also allow us to better manage our season seat inventory by determining what seats we have to offer to our renewed members, allowing for more options for seat relocation.

You will receive multiple email notifications to the primary email address on your Swamp Rabbits account at least 30 days prior to the renewal deadline. If signed up for SMS Notifications, you will be notified via text as well. You can also call/email your Swamp Rabbits Representative and/or chat with them at any of our Swamp Rabbits home games!

You can update your credit card by calling your Swamp Rabbits Representative at (864) 674-7825. It is your responsibility to ensure that your preferred credit card is up to date, and available to be charged during the Automatic Renewal Payment Period.
